At Pure Envy Salon & Spa we want our clients to be super-pleased! Adjustments can be made if not 100% satisfied within 7 days of the service provided.

Cancellations/No Shows

We ask that you give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. This allows the stylist to fill their time with another guest. If you do need to cancel within the 24 hour window, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees are as follows:

~$25 cancellation fee for appointments totaling less then $75

~$50 cancellation fee for appointments totaling over $75

Deposits collected with online appointments are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to rescheduled appointment once only.

We want to give our guests only the best and when our time is cut short, it doesn’t ensure that you or other guests are able to receive the best services possible. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be considered a No Show and will need above fees paid before rescheduling your next appointment.
